The records should include a summary of the clinical history organized under relevant headings, and a discussion on
Unit VIII:
a) reasons for intervention(s), b) areas to be focused including short- and long-term objectives, c) approach and technique/s of intervention employed and rationale d) intervention processes,
Unit VIII Description:
e) changes in therapy or objectives, if any, and the reasons for the same, f) outcome, g) integration strategies employed, f) future plans
The above are to be submitted two months prior to final examination
