Mental Health after Covid-19 and Relatable Adjustments Issues’

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day Career Counselling and Development Centre (CCDC) of IIS University organised an interactive session with our guests Dr. Anita Gautam, Consultant Psychiatrist and Director Clinical Operations, Gautam Hospital and Research Center, Jaipur and Dr. Medhavi Gautam, Senior Consultant Dietician and Nutritionist, Chairperson of Dr. Medhavi’s Nutrifit, Jaipur. With strength of more than 25 students our guests kept our enthusiastic audience updated and engaged making the session a huge success. Talking about mental health and diet problems faced during and after Covid-19, the audience learned a lot about the importance of keeping their mental health and diet in check and what can they all do to make up for the damage cause by Covid-19.

The session ended with a vote of thanks to our esteemed guests ending the session and the audience looked forward to having more such sessions.
