Mental Health Day

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the trainees of Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PDCP) participated in the poster and slogan competition. The event was organised by the Gautam Hospital and Research Centre (GHRC), the training partner of Discipline of Clinical Psychology, IISU. With strength of 16 PDCP trainees, other hospital trainees and staff members, speakers kept the enthusiastic audience updated and engaged making the session a huge success. Talking about mental health and meditation, the audience learned a lot about the importance of keeping their mental health and lifestyle in check and what can they all do to make up for the stigma associated with mental illness. After the lectures, the awards were distributed to the winners of the competition. 

The session ended with a vote of thanks to our esteemed guests ending the session and the audience looked forward to having more such sessions.
